About the event
Join us in November 2026 for a nourishing Yoga Retreat in Spain,
Every day features well-organized yoga asana and pranayama classes, a guided evening practice, and optional sessions delving into yoga philosophy on on of the days. The yoga studio is fully equipped to a high standard, including yoga ropes, which enable supported, precise, and therapeutic practice.
This retreat is designed for yoga practitioners of all levels. The teaching approach will be progressive, attentive, and flexible, providing depth and challenge while honoring individual needs.
Partners who do not practice yoga are also welcome to join, and participants of all skill levels will receive support throughout the week.
What are the Prices?
Teaching fees and admin charges to be paid directly to Uday (550 GBP for yoga participant 110 GBP for non yoga participant).
