About the event
Bab Zouina is a traditional Moroccan yoga and wellbeing retreat center located 40 minutes (about 30 km) from Marrakech at the foot of the Atlas Mountains. Meaning "Beautiful Door," it offers sustainable lodging, organic gardens, and dedicated spaces for meditation and practice.
Yoga with Uday
There will be morning and evening sessions to suit all levels of experience. As the Yoga shalas are fully equipped with props including wall ropes, we will explore a wide variety of asanas and pranayama practice throughout the week. Two days during the week you will have afternoon free so that you can rest or explore the surroundings and go on excursions to surrounding Marrakesh or other options.
